What you need?
- Cooked Pasta (I used Fusilli, you may choose Penne, Farfalle, Pennoni or whatever)
- Tuna flakes or meat tuna
- Tomato
- White Onion
- Lettuce (any variety except iceberg lettuce)
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Salad Seasoning Sauce or some Soya Sauce and Vinegar
- Oregano
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Salt
The Assembly
Simple. Take a bowl, throw in some diced tomato, onions (diced or rings), tuna, chopped lettuce, sprinkle some oregano, pepper, salt and throw in some virgin olive oil. If you have a readymade salad seasoning sauce well and good else thrown in some soya sauce (not more than a tablespoon) and some vinegar (not more than a teaspoon). Mix well and serve.
